Taina Pereenniemi is the founder of PremiumOps.ai that specializes in building agentified operating systems: Notion as the backbone, with AI agents doing the work. She has spent 5+ years building operations systems for 150+ global clients, drawing on strategy and commercial experience from both a large corporate and fast-scaling tech startups. Today she runs PremiumOps.ai itself as an agentified company. Her mission is to help businesses run on systems, not heroics. When she’s not building systems, you’ll find Taina singing, at CrossFit, or with her two kids.
