The details on cancellations, refunds, tickets, photography and more — everything that applies when you register for Forum 2026.
If you can't attend, cancel your registration on Luma by 3 October 2026. If you paid for your ticket, request your refund here. We process refunds weekly and the money is back on your card within 10 business days.
After 3 October 2026 we can't refund, as catering and badge numbers are confirmed with the venue at that point. If we cancel or reschedule the event, you'll receive a full refund.
Tickets are personal and can't be transferred or resold.
Free tickets are for registered WiT community members, and we check registrations against our member list. If you're not a member, we'll ask you to join (it's free) or switch to a paid ticket.
Joined the community after buying your ticket? Let us know here by 3 October 2026 if you want your ticket price refunded and keep your place at the event.
The stage programme is streamed and the event is photographed, and images may appear in WiT communications.
If you'd prefer not to be filmed or photographed, pick up a "no photo" sticker for your badge at the registration desk on the day, and our team and photographers will respect it.
By registering, you agree to follow our safer space guidelines. We may ask anyone not following them to leave.
Speakers and sessions may change. Programme changes aren't grounds for a refund.
