Meet one of our Bronze WiT Forum 2026 partners: Eficode

We asked Eficode to introduce themselves to the WiT community. Here's what they shared.

Tell us about Eficode.

Eficode is a global software and IT consultancy, founded in Finland and present across Europe with about 600 experts. We help organizations build better tech culture and software. We’re now doubling down on AI-powered software development and modern SDLC tooling as our core focus. Technology evolves fast, we evolve with it — and we believe it starts with great people.

How is Eficode shaping the future of tech right now?

By making AI work for its users, be it developers or teams, not the other way around. We help teams adopt AI-powered development tools and build the skills to use them confidently. We care deeply about our people’s growth — because the future of tech is shaped by who gets to participate in it, and how well they’re supported.

What brings you to WiT Forum 2026?

Because we believe diverse teams build better technology. We want to meet talented people, listen and learn from the community, and be honest about where we are in our own diversity journey — not just showcase what we do. The WiT Forum feels like the right room to have those conversations.

Alongside these conversations, we look forward to connecting with industry leaders and decision-makers. For us, this forum is a fantastic opportunity to share insights, build impactful professional relationships, and explore new business opportunities with organizations leading the tech sector.

What is your vision for the future of tech?

AI is reshaping how software is built — fast. The biggest opportunity isn’t the technology itself, but ensuring people can grow alongside it. The risk is leaving some behind. We’re already seeing this in practice: organizations that invest in building genuine AI capability across their teams, not just deploying tools, are the ones pulling ahead. We think the professionals who will thrive are those who combine technical curiosity with human skills: collaboration, critical thinking, adaptability. The future of tech is human, even when it’s AI-powered.

What can attendees expect from Eficode on 22 October?

The humans of Eficode and genuine curiosity. Come say hi if you want to talk about AI in software development, career paths in tech, or what it’s actually like to work here. No flashy demos, just real conversations with real people who enjoy them. We ask good questions, we listen, and we might just change how you think about where the industry is heading. We’d love to meet you.
